SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within a period of 1-2 business days.
Orders are not placed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a large volume of orders, the shipments may be delayed for a few days.
Please allow additional days of transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by email.

Kaperline USA is not responsible for any product (s) damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your damaged order, you should contact the shipping carrier to file your claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, our shipments are made to the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico
If the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or Mexico Border determines that you will have to pay duties and/or taxes when you receive your item (s). It will be delivered with a CBSA postal import form that will detail the amount applied.
RETURN & REFUND
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee.
You have 10 calendar days to return an unopened item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be completely sealed, in the same original container and packaging that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to a $ 15 restocking fee, deducted from your original purchase.
No returns or refunds on Free Samples Orders.
Write an email to with the order number and the description of the products.
We will provide you the instructions for your return package.
Kaperline USA supervises the return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with the receipt.
We will refund the full price minus the restocking fee ( $15) of the products within 30 business days of the date of the confirmation.
A notification email will be sent to the customer once the refund has been made and the return has been processed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 Business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Products purchased at can be returned for a refund or product change. We do not accept items purchased at another retail store, empty jars or jars filled with another product. The customer is responsible for personal damages to the product. If the product has been, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. Discount products do not apply for a refund. Please do not forget that for any claim or disagreement, you must keep the product in the original shipping box and the products in good condition.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
